Job summary

Arvest Bank in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Relationship Banker who focuses on product sales and delivering exceptional customer service. You will develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones by offering appropriate financial solutions.

This role features a leveled career path from Level 1 to Level 3 with training, mentorship, and potential advancement. You will follow approved processes, promote banking products, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to obtain within 30 days.
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
Financial services experience preferred.
College degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to branch sales goals with a consultative sales approach and needs-based selling.
Proactively make outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings with underwriting support.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints per policy.
Open and service deposits and assist with day-to-day banking needs.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and digital options to meet customer needs.
