Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or able to be registered within 30 days.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Financial service provider experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach and following the sales process.
• Outreach to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and facilitate loan closings.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services, including digital options, and support usage.
• Follow bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
