Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch sales goals using a consultative approach and follow the sales playbook.
• Outbound calls to generate sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans and collaborate with underwriting.
• Provide excellent service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues per procedures.
• Open and process new deposit accounts and assist with day-to-day banking needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products, digital services, and competitive offerings.
