Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Assist with transactions, open new accounts, and comply with regulations.
• Educate clients on using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding to experts.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices as needed.
