Qualifications

• Ability to build trusted relationships - demonstrating genuine care and concern during interactions with clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and guiding clients to experts to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
