Job summary

A leading industrial organization is seeking a Bilingual Regional Sales Manager/Sales Engineer to enhance market presence. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and provides an opportunity for hands-on technical development with customers. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth through strong customer relationships and collaboration with internal teams. This permanent position offers a competitive base salary of $125k to $150k, plus 25% bonus and car allowance. Candidates must also satisfy ITAR compliance.

• Experience with Metals/Steel considered a plus.
• Candidates must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and drive specification and commercialization.
• Build pipeline opportunities and close existing ones.
• Drive sales to meet budget and strategic plan revenue targets.
• Grow the project pipeline through customer presentations.
• Work with R&D and manufacturing teams to answer technical questions.
• Develop and execute strategic market plans.
