Rogers Electric seeks a Regional HR Lead to serve multiple job sites within a defined region. You will bridge corporate HR strategy with day-to-day workforce needs, supporting site leadership and driving HR programs across locations.

The role emphasizes employee relations, compliance, labor law adherence, onboarding, and coaching managers to build a productive, compliant field workforce. This position offers regional travel and a strong focus on culture and engagement.

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; required.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in field or multi-site environment.
• Experience supporting construction, industrial, or field-based workforce preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the lead HR partner for assigned region(s), supporting site leadership and workforce needs.
• Execute HR strategies that align with business goals and operational priorities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and other areas as assigned.
• Act as the first point of escalation for employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending resolutions.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring needs, onboarding execution and documentation.
• Monitor workforce trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
