Job summary

Cardinal Civil Contracting Llc is seeking an experienced Regional HR leader to drive full HR lifecycle across multiple offices and project sites. You will manage workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management for hourly and salaried staff, ensuring compliance and positive employee relations.

You will partner with site leadership to deploy field crews, administer benefits and compensation programs, and maintain HR documentation while traveling frequently among regional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting hourly and salaried staff.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; collaboration across levels.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment law and wage-and-hour rules.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR lifecycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Support benefits, compensation programs, and wage structures; ensure compliance.
• Ensure wage-and-hour compliance and prevailing wage acts.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to plan workforce needs and deploy field crews.
• Travel between regional offices and project sites to provide HR support.
