Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm with diverse clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage front desk with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle registrations and forms in EHR.
• Collect copayments, manage cash handling and daily deposits.
• Support safety and building procedures; coordinate with care team.
