Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to provide front desk administrative support for the Refugee and Immigrant Clinic. The CSR will manage calls, schedule appointments, collect payments, and maintain accurate EHR entries while supporting a calm, professional environment for diverse clients.

This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply and potential

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree.
• One year of customer service experience and/or training.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to remain calm with staff and clients in challenging situations.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills; capable of working with diverse populations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone with courtesy and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments, reschedule and cancel as needed.
• Collect copayments and support daily financial reconciliations.
• Enter client information accurately into the EHR system and verify insurance data.
• Maintain a clean reception area and manage office supplies and mail.
• Coordinate with care team to monitor assigned clients' needs.
