Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) seeks a full-time Client Service Representative to support the Refugee and Immigrant Clinic. This onsite role handles front desk duties, scheduling, paperwork, and EHR entries, while delivering courteous, client-centered service to diverse populations.

Ideal candidates offer strong organizational skills, a calm demeanor, and experience in customer service. Bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants are encouraged to apply, with a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience or related training.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm when engaging with diverse clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and greet with professionalism; answer calls and manage inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments; assist with forms and document collection.
• Check-in clients and collect copayments; coordinate with Finance & Accounting for daily deposits.
• Enter registrations and insurance information in the EHR; verify documents.
• Maintain a clean reception area and manage mail, supplies, and equipment.
