Socket.dev is seeking a dependable Part-Time Recruiter to source qualified candidates, manage a strong pipeline, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. The role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous organization, and proactive scheduling to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The position supports various channels, maintains ATS records, and adapts to evolving hiring needs as the company grows. Remote-friendly with focus on timely, professional outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone and email presence.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and interview schedules at the same time.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet role requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach to candidates and provide basic information about open positions.
• Coordinate interview availability between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and status updates in the ATS or tracker.
• Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the scheduling process to support a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and onboarding event packets, I-9 and E-Verify management
• Partner with recruiting efforts as business needs shift with growth
