Job summary

Mariani Landscape is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to offers, while also supporting onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required due to a diverse workforce across all levels.

The role partners with hiring managers to meet staffing needs for seasonal and year-round positions, tracks metrics, and ensures compliance with laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in recruiting or HR generalist, with full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with high-volume/seasonal hiring.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficient in HRIS systems; Workday experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruiting cycle for hourly and salaried roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Partner with managers to define staffing needs and strategies.
• Track hiring metrics and improve efficiency.
• Assist with onboarding and first-day logistics.
• Represent Mariani Landscape at job fairs and events.
• Maintain confidential employee records in Workday.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
