• Proficient with Microsoft TEAMS, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and leverage recruiting tools including social media and job boards.
• Network within the community and online to source talent.
• Use HRIS/Recruiting and On-boarding systems to process candidates.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Understand employment law as it relates to recruitment.
• Schedule and coordinate using TEAMS and HRIS (Workday).
• Work Monday to Friday.
