CCS Facility Services is hiring a full-time Recruiter for our Phoenix area office. The role focuses on attracting candidates via social media, job fairs, and community networking.

You will manage recruiting processes, screen applicants, and coordinate onboarding in an office setting near 40th Street & Broadway Rd. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English) with at least one year of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS/Workday and TEAMS.

Qualifications

• One year of recruiting experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Experience with HRIS, recruiting and on-boarding systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with TEAMS and MS-Office.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through social media, job boards and events.
• Network within the community to attract talent.
• Field recruiting and coordination with hiring managers.
• Utilize HRIS, recruiting and on-boarding systems.
• Schedule interviews using TEAMS and HRIS; handle confidential information.
