Job summary

District Photo Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Seasonal Bilingual Recruiter to support high-volume seasonal hiring from mid-September through December. This on-site role requires fluency in English and Spanish and the ability to conduct interviews, coordinate onboarding, and manage candidate communications.

You will partner with HR and Operations to meet staffing goals, keep accurate applicant records, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment during our peak season.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume roles is preferred.
• Prior HR or staffing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen candidates for high-volume seasonal positions.
• Conduct phone and in-person candidate interviews.
• Communicate with applicants in English and Spanish.
• Schedule interviews, orientations, and hiring appointments.
• Assist candidates throughout onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records.
• Follow up with candidates via phone, text, and email.
• Partner with HR and Operations to meet staffing goals.
• Assist with recruiting events and other HR activities.
