Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for a wide variety of roles across departments
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Source active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skillset and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview processes, communicate with candidates, and maintain a top-notch candidate experience
• Track and report recruitment metrics, hiring KPIs, and progress toward hiring goals

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Corporate Recruiter (Spanish/English) to join our team and lead the charge in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across all departments within our organization. This includes roles in insurance sales, marketing, administration, HR, social media, content creation, and other operational areas.

This position requires on-site presence and is not a remote or Hybrid role.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions at once without dropping the ball
• Positive, energetic, and highly driven with a team-first mindset
• Tech-savvy – comfortable using ATS platforms, social media, and recruitment tools
• Monday-Friday 8 am to 5pm rotating with 10 am to 7pm

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for the insurance industry or similar regulated environments
• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Strong understanding of cultural nuance and bilingual recruitment strategies
• Experience in high-volume hiring and startup-like environments
