Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through the onboarding and assignment preparation process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and field employees.
• Keep ATS, CRM, and internal databases accurate and up to date.
• Support daily branch operations and help meet hiring goals and deadlines.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
