Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Proven track record hiring across diverse functions (sales, marketing, admin, HR, etc.)
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Positive, energetic, team-first mindset
• Tech-savvy with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) and on-site presence in Irvine, CA

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for a wide variety of roles across departments
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Source active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skillset and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview processes, communicate with candidates, and maintain a top-notch candidate experience
• Track and report recruitment metrics, hiring KPIs, and progress toward hiring goals
• Represent the company at career fairs, community events, and networking functions
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with laws and promote diversity and inclusion
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams on employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Stay on top of hiring trends and talent market insights
• Handle high-volume hiring needs with urgency and professionalism
• Payroll/Pay rate: Starting $30 hourly
