Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support SIMOS in staffing high-volume light industrial roles. You will recruit, screen, and interview candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive onboarding while visiting multiple locations in OH and PA.

Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication and organizational skills. The role involves monthly travel to the New Kensington/Pittsburgh PA branch, with company-covered travel expenses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting
• Excellent judgment to prioritizemultiple projects and meet deadlines
• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices
• Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
• Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientations
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications
• Manage the hiring process from offer to onboarding
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline
• Manage paperless recruiting operations
• Monitor the effectiveness of ad campaigns
• Participate in job fairs and community events
• Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance
• Build networks within the community to attract candidates
• Manage daily information and data tracking, report progress, and maintain stakeholder satisfaction
• Handle escalations and communicate recruitment progress
