Addison Group is seeking a bilingual Recruiting Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles across North Carolina, including laborers and drivers. You will source, screen, extend offers, coordinate onboarding, and support employee engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees, including laborers and drivers.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, including laborers and drivers.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to support company growth.
• Source candidates through job boards, local advertising, community outreach, schools, and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from identifying hiring needs through extending offers and onboarding.
• Develop relationships with universities, technical schools, and community colleges.
• Attend career fairs, recruiting events, and other community events to attract talent.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, E-Verify, and required documentation.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation, including initial safety and training requirements.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Assist employees with career development and professional goals.
• Organize employee events and gather employee feedback.
• Develop and track training programs and employee-related dashboards.
• Support the development of HR policies and processes as the organization grows.
• Maintain accurate employee records and recruiting documentation.
