Addison Group in Raleigh, NC is seeking a bilingual Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and engagement for a growing organization across North Carolina. This role handles high-volume hires, from laborers to drivers, and requires excellent relationship-building and proactive sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable with travel, and able to coordinate onboarding and orientation while developing talent

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Experience recruiting in high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees (laborers, drivers) preferred.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development skills.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Willingness to travel ~2 nights per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for 30–40 employees annually, including hourly roles.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to support growth.
• Source candidates via job boards, local advertising, outreach, schools, and channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, E-Verify, and documentation.
• Coordinate new-hire orientation and required training.
• Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and career development.
