This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers, coordinating onboarding, and facilitating orientation. The ideal candidate is a bilingual Recruiting Specialist with at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment. This person will be responsible for managing recruiting efforts from sourcing through onboarding while also supporting employee engagement, training, and retention. They should be organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a growing organization.
