Surge Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Specialist / Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our Raleigh team. This entry-level, full-time role focuses on sales, customer service, recruiting, and workforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish fluently, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, candidates, and employees. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive, dynamic team.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout hiring and onboarding process.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns professionally and timely.
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to revenue goals.
