About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join Autodesk’s Executive Search team, specifically supporting our Technology organizations. In this high-impact role, you will lead and support senior-level searches across Engineering, Product, Design, and Architecture functions. You’ll develop multi-channel search strategies, build diverse leadership pipelines, and serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a remote role open to candidates based in the U.S. or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support full-cycle executive search efforts for Director through EVP-level roles within Autodesk's technology functions
- Partner with executive leadership to craft and execute leadership hiring strategies aligned to key business goals
- Conduct proactive talent sourcing through market research, talent mapping, industry networking, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive-level talent across the technology sector
- Deliver insightful candidate assessments and market intelligence to support hiring decisions
- Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, hiring leaders, and executive recruiters across multiple functions
- Champion diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices
- Use talent analytics and data to influence hiring strategy and improve process outcomes
- Represent Autodesk’s culture and employer brand with professionalism and authenticity throughout the candidate journey
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, including at least 2 years in executive search or leadership-level hiring
- Strong expertise in research-based sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and strategic outreach
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and provide consultative insights during the hiring process
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using ATS/CRM systems and other recruitment tools
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights from hiring trends and talent pipelines
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in recruitment
