XL Pro Staffing and Consulting in Wilmer, TX is seeking an On-Site Bilingual Recruiter to support busy, high-volume hiring in a warehouse environment. This in-person role requires a strong level of English and Spanish and offers health, dental, and vision insurance plus a 401(k).

You will collaborate with hiring managers, plan recruitment strategies, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and build a robust candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a staffing agency (light industrial preferred).
• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish (required).
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proven sourcing ability via job boards and social media.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Willingness to adapt to schedule changes; E-Verify.
• Able to complete a drug screen and a 7-Year Background Check.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hiring managers to collect job requirements and craft descriptions.
• Plan and execute recruiting strategies for high-volume roles.
• Screen candidates and conduct phone and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and other tools.
