Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to attract and recruit quality candidates for warehouse roles. You will conduct on-site interviews, coordinate with leadership on staffing needs, and translate communications between English and Spanish.

On-site onboarding, attendance monitoring, and strong HR support are essential. The position offers on-site work in Las Vegas, NV with a schedule Monday to Friday plus on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience.
• On-site work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring).
• Conduct daily on-site interviews, walk-ins, and hiring events to meet staffing goals.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to understand staffing needs, shifts, and workforce planning.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support client operations and employee engagement.
• Translate job expectations, safety procedures, policies, and communications between English and Spanish.
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, and badge distribution.
• Monitor attendance, turnover, and retention; address staffing gaps.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the ATS.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and basic HR support.
