Fairway is seeking an experienced bilingual recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the Tampa and Orlando areas. You will work on-site, hybrid, or remote within the local area, building pipelines and engaging candidates in English and Spanish.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, conduct screens, explain jobs and offers, and guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth hiring process across multiple brands.

Formación

• At least two years of recruiting experience including high-volume hiring.
• Proficient in English and Spanish for screens, offers, and communications.
• Experience actively sourcing candidates and guiding through hiring process.
• Ability to organize competing priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit across assigned locations, from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, events, and outreach.
• Conduct English/Spanish candidate conversations and explain roles, compensation, schedules, and conditions.
• Partner with hiring managers to confirm needs, coordinate interviews, and obtain feedback.
• Keep candidates informed, prepare for interviews, and address obstacles to offers.
• Coordinate offers and onboarding with specialists for a smooth transition.
