• Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through candidate placement and offers.
• Knowledge of employment law related to talent acquisition and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication in English and another language; able to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience building relationships through social media recruitment and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage and hire top talent across diverse industries.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers and agencies.
• Use ATS tools to track progress and ensure compliance with employment law.
