Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual HR Staffing Specialist to act as a brand representative for potential hires across Ohio and Pennsylvania. The role focuses on front-line recruiting, high-volume events, interviews, and offers while coordinating background checks and travel as needed.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish, people-driven, highly organized, and strategic in improving site staffing across regions. Travel may be required to support multiple active sites.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience - Associate degree from a College or University or six months to one-year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - May required to have a valid driver's license
• Other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Ops and HR to address staffing needs
• Own the frontline recruiting strategy of the assigned site/region
• Run high-volume job fairs, including interviewing and extending offers
• Run backgrounds and drug tests where applicable
• Travel as needed to ensure regional staffing support is met
• Schedule and lead staffing calls for sites with urgent hiring needs
• Maintain positions in applicant tracking system
• Prescreening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding frontline employees as needed by sites
