Job summary

ServiceMaster Elite Janitorial Services in Columbus is seeking a motivated bilingual Recruiter to source, screen, and hire qualified candidates for our active accounts. This front-line role owns the candidate relationship from first contact through hire, working closely with hiring managers to keep positions filled.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable building relationships quickly, and energized by a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required (speaking and writing).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Build and maintain a bilingual candidate pipeline for current/future openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies per account.
• Post and manage openings across boards, company site, and social media.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish throughout the process.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and guide candidates through acceptance.
• Walk new hires through onboarding paperwork (I-9/E-Verify).
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and report recruiting metrics.
• Represent the company at job fairs and community events.
• Stay updated on labor market trends and compliance related to hiring.
