Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a motivated, bilingual Recruiter to source, screen, and hire candidates for active accounts. You will own the candidate relationship from first contact through hire, partnering with hiring managers to keep positions filled.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and eager to build a track record of successful hires. Training is provided and responsibilities grow with performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software including an ATS.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up persistently with candidates.
• Reliable, dependable, and professional.
• Handle confidential candidate and employee information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Build and maintain a bilingual candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruiting strategy.
• Post and manage job openings across boards, website, and social media.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish throughout the process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, extend offers, and guide acceptance.
• Walk new hires through onboarding paperwork, including I-9/E-Verify requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Track metrics and report progress against open requisitions.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Stay current on labor market trends, wage competitiveness, and compliance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and other recruiting channels
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified, bilingual candidates for current and future openings
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy for each account
• Post and manage job openings across job boards, the company website, and social media
• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruiting process
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, extend verbal offers, and guide candidates through accepting a position
• Walk new hires through hiring and onboarding paperwork, including I-9/E-Verify requirements
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer-acceptance rate) and report on progress against open requisitions
• Represent the company at job fairs, community events, and other recruiting events
• Stay current on labor market trends, wage competitiveness, and compliance requirements related to hiring

Qualifications
