Job summary

ServiceMaster Elite Janitorial Services seeks a motivated Recruiter to source, screen, and hire for active accounts. The role focuses on bilingual candidate relationships, primarily English and Spanish, with opportunities to grow responsibilities as hiring metrics improve.

You will partner with hiring managers, post openings, and manage the candidate pipeline in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, with potential for advancement in HR and recruiting.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates.
• Build and maintain a bilingual candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and guide candidates through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and report progress against open requisitions.
