Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a candidate to develop recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified candidates for various roles. The role involves direct contractor screening, interviews, reference checks, and background verification to ensure fit with open positions.

You will participate in career fairs, outreach to schools and organizations, and assist with client reporting and documentation in Aerotek’s systems. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Daily computer use.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement roles.
• Screen contractors including interviews, reference checks, skills testing, and background checks.
• Attend career fairs and outreach events to promote Aerotek.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as needed.
• Maintain documentation and hiring metrics in Aerotek’s systems.
• Use Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
