Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a recruiting professional in the United States to develop creative resources and drive networking efforts for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement roles. You will screen contractors via interviews, references, and background checks, while promoting Aerotek at career fairs and through school outreach.

You will also support reporting and maintain candidate data across Aerotek’s systems, using available resources to resolve conflicts and ensure hiring metrics are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees.
• Perform contractor screening including interviews, reference checks, skills testing, and background checks.
• Participate in networking activities such as career fairs and outreach to schools and organizations to promote Aerotek.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as needed.
• Maintain documentation using Aerotek’s online systems to track candidate information and hiring metrics.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
