Aerotek is hiring an Entry Level Recruiter to develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees for contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement opportunities. You will screen contractors to ensure qualifications via interviews, references, tests, and background checks.

Responsibilities include networking at career fairs, cold calling schools and organizations, and supporting internal/client reporting.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Experience in a team-oriented environment.
Customer or sales-focused experience.
Computer literacy and ability to work on a computer daily.

Responsabilidades

Develop recruiting resources and networking to attract candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement.
Screen candidates to verify qualifications (interviews, references, tests, background checks).
Network at career fairs, schools, and related events to promote Aerotek.
Support internal and client reporting and hiring metrics.
Maintain documentation in Aerotek systems tracking candidates and sourcing strategies.
