Aerotek is seeking a candidate to develop recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified candidates for various roles. The role involves direct contractor screening, interviews, reference checks, and background verification to ensure fit with open positions.

You will participate in career fairs, outreach to schools and organizations, and assist with client reporting and documentation in Aerotek’s systems. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Daily computer use.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement roles.
• Perform contractor screening including interviews, reference checks, skills testing, and background checks to ensure qualifications match open positions.
• Participate in networking activities such as attending career fairs and cold calling schools, organizations, and outplacement services to promote Aerotek.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as needed.
• Maintain documentation using Aerotek’s online systems to track candidate information and hiring metrics.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, not required).
• Customer or sales-focused experience.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Computer literacy with daily computer use.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 after hourly training period equivalent to $40,000.
• Performance-based annual bonus potential up to $10,000.
• Base salary increases to $55,000 after one year of tenure.
