Job summary

KleenMark in Wisconsin is seeking a Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

The Recruiter will manage all phases of the recruitment process, collaborate with Account Managers to define hiring criteria, post openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with offers while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the recruitment process with the employee.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate skills, experience, and hiring criteria.
• In charge of job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers.
• Collaborates with the Account Manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
