Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, production, CDL driver, administrative, and management roles across four locations.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Screen applicants, interview in English and Spanish, coordinate offers.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and develop candidate pipelines.
• Establish local workforce partnerships and track recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and identify hiring improvements.

We're looking for an energetic, resourceful, and relationship-driven Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to help us attract great people and support our continued growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, proactively finding talent, and working closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, production, CDL driver, administrative, and selected management positions across four locations.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews in English and Spanish, coordinate hiring decisions, and extend employment offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Develop candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Establish relationships with local workforce development organizations and community recruiting resources.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
• Maintain accurate applicant records, track recruiting metrics, and identify opportunities to improve hiring and retention.

Qualifications

Required:

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, transportation, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated success with proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and build effective relationships with hiring managers.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work on-site and travel locally among our Baltimore-area facilities.

Preferred:

• Recruiting experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, or foodservice distribution.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers.
• Familiarity with Baltimore-area recruiting resources and workforce development programs.
