Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume.
• Experience recruiting hourly employees in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or similar industries.
• Proactive sourcing and full-cycle recruiting success.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, production, CDL driver, administrative, and management roles across four locations.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Screen applicants, interview in English and Spanish, coordinate offers.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and develop candidate pipelines.
• Establish local workforce partnerships and track recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate with HR to ensure smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
• Maintain accurate applicant records and identify hiring improvements.
