Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, and onboarding appointments.
• Explain job duties, schedules, pay rates, work locations, and attendance expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruiting system.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate with account managers, HR staff, and client representatives.
• Support recruitment events and high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Ensure required hiring documents are completed per procedures.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join our staffing team in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in available positions while providing an excellent candidate experience and supporting our clients' staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can manage multiple job openings while meeting recruitment goals.

Key Responsibilities
