Job summary

New Eclipse Branding seeks a Project Recruiter for a ten-month assignment in California. You will recruit candidates through calls, ads, social media, and community outreach, build ties with local organizations, and guide applicants through hiring.

You’ll manage a large candidate pipeline and support new-hire orientations, with ongoing work alongside onsite teams. Ideal candidates have bilingual Spanish/English skills, 1+ year recruiting experience, strong communication, and comfort using phones

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• 1+ year recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using a smartphone and computer.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Comfortable working in a client production environment.
