Luxor Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter in Ontario, CA. You will help clients by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner and handle payroll, onboarding, and ongoing relationships with hiring managers.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, flexibility for overtime and some weekend work, and the ability to work on-site at our California location. Weekly pay and day-one benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Overtime and some weekend work may be required.
• Previous recruiting experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily timekeeping and weekly payroll for contract employees.
• Establish relationships with the customer’s hiring managers and partners.
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees.
• On-board and train new employees.
• Accurately maintain employee files.
