XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse staff in North Las Vegas. You will screen, interview, and onboard candidates, communicating effectively in English and Spanish to support staffing needs across office and warehouse locations.

The role requires experience in light industrial recruiting, strong time management, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

** XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Bilingual Recruiter!**

** Compensation:** $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (DOE)
** Schedule:** Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 4:00 PM - Finish

** During Peak Season:** Must be available for 8-12 Hours daily
** Location:** North Las Vegas, NV 89032

** Job Description:**

• Recruit, screen, and interview warehouse candidates.
• Communicate with candidates and employees in English and Spanish.

• Work closely with warehouse supervisors to meet staffing needs.
• Assist with attendance, employee questions, and staffing issues.
• Travel between the office and warehouse locations as needed.
• Maintain recruitment records and employee documentation.
• Ensure a smooth hiring process and support daily warehouse operations.

** Position Requirements**

• Full-cycle recruiting experience within a light industrial staffing agency.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent phone, communication, and basic computer skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience interviewing and vetting candidates both over the phone and in person.
• Knowledge of sourcing candidates through multiple recruiting platforms and social media.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
