Job summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to attract and recruit quality candidates for warehouse roles in Las Vegas. The role requires on-site presence, English/Spanish fluency, and end-to-end recruitment responsibilities.

Pay ranges from $16.00–$18.00 hourly, with schedule Monday–Friday plus on-call and occasional weekends. The recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and collaborate with warehouse leadership, while ensuring compliance and maintaining ATS

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• 1+ years in recruiting, staffing, or HR, preferably in warehouse/light industrial.
• On-site work experience in a fast-paced setting is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.
• Conduct daily on-site interviews, walk-ins, and hiring events to meet staffing goals.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to understand staffing needs, shifts, and workforce planning.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support client operations and employee engagement.
• Translate job expectations, safety procedures, policies, and communications between English and Spanish.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, paperwork, and badge distribution.
• Monitor attendance, turnover, and retention; address staffing gaps proactively.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and employment regulations.
• Maintain records in the ATS and HR systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and basic HR support.
