XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Recruiter in North Las Vegas, NV to support client hiring through end-to-end recruitment.

The role involves publishing job openings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding activities, while collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams to meet staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
• Experience in recruiting, preferably high-volume or bilingual.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Publish job openings on job boards, social media and recruiting platforms.
• Source, review and screen candidates for open roles.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Manage onboarding requirements including I-9, drug testing, background checks and orientation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams on staffing needs and updates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via referrals and networking.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach.
• Partner with Account Manager to support client staffing needs.
• Track recruiting activity and provide hiring progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Publish job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms
• Source, review, and screen candidates for open roles
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Manage onboarding requirements, including I-9 documentation, drug testing, background checks, and orientation
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams on staffing needs and recruiting updates
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using referrals, networking, community outreach, colleges, and nonprofit organizations
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the applicant tracking system
• Support job fairs, hiring events, community outreach, and employee recognition initiatives
• Partner with the Account Manager to support client staffing needs
• Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Previous recruiting experience preferred, especially in high-volume or bilingual recruiting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with job boards, sourcing platforms, and social media recruiting preferred
• Comfortable conducting phone and in-person interviews

Schedule & Work Details

• Location: North Las Vegas, NV (onsite)
• Work location: In person
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Employment type: Full-Time

Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
