Job summary

XL Pro Staffing & Consulting is seeking a bilingual Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse staff in North Las Vegas. You will screen, interview, and onboard candidates, communicating effectively in English and Spanish to support staffing needs across office and warehouse locations.

The role requires experience in light industrial recruiting, strong time management, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in light industrial staffing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone and communication skills; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview warehouse candidates.
• Communicate with candidates and employees in English and Spanish.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and new employee orientation.
• Work with warehouse supervisors to meet staffing needs.
• Assist with attendance and staffing issues.
• Travel between office and warehouse locations as needed.
• Maintain recruitment records and employee documentation.
• Support smooth hiring and daily warehouse operations.
