Job summary

EmployBridge in Maryland is seeking a Recruiter to join our team and help place great people in key roles across the organization. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and help promote our postings through creative outreach.

The role emphasizes relationship building, timely follow-ups, and maintaining a strong pipeline to fill orders quickly while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Ability to manage multiple customers on a daily basis.
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team

• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $45,000 to $55,000.This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
