Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Field Recruiter in Troutman, NC. You will brainstorm with the team to attract top talent, craft postings, and leverage social media to differentiate our opportunities. You will interview candidates, build talent pipelines, and help fulfill orders while conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get hires ready for work.

The role emphasizes people skills, high-volume staffing, and timely, compliant hiring processes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably staffing
• Strong computer knowledge to navigate platforms
• Passion for talking with people at all levels and handling stressful situations
• Ability to manage time and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract great people to work
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates and stand out postings
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media and community outreach
• Interview candidates to find the right fit for opportunities
• Build a pipeline of people and actively contribute to order fulfillment
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get them to work

A day as a Field Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9’s so we can get them to work!

To be successful as a Field Recruiter, you will want to have:

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high volume-driven environment, preferably staffing
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized
