Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Field Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring strategies and attract top talent across our network. You will collaborate with teams, market postings, and engage communities to fill opportunities effectively.

You will interview candidates, build talent pipelines, and oversee steps like drug screens and I-9 compliance to ensure smooth onboarding. The role emphasizes creativity, urgency, and strong people skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, preferably staffing
• A strong computer knowledge so you can navigate the platforms we use
• A passion for talking with people of all levels and being able to handle stressful situations
• Being able to manage your time and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates outside the box
• Apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and community to stand out
• Use interviewing techniques to find the right candidate for great opportunities
• Build a pipeline of people and actively impact order fulfillment

A day as a Field Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

To be successful as a Field Recruiter, you will want to have:
